Discreet Packaging

Adam & Eve is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. The name “Adam & Eve” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Adam & Eve ships all of your items for one low price. To stretch your dollar, we suggest ordering several items at once. Your shipping costs won't go up, and you'll save more money.

Standard Shipping
Delivered in the eastern United States in 5-8 business days.
Delivered in the western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories in 10-14 business days.

Standard shipping orders are processed in our warehouse facilities within 2 business days. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses. You can determine your actual delivery time with the destination zip code during the checkout process.

Standard Priority
Delivered in the western United States within 3-5 business days. This shipping method was created specifically to help our customers in the western United States get their orders faster. Standard shipping orders are processed in our warehouse facilities within 2 business days. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses. You can determine your actual delivery time with the destination zip code during the checkout process.

UPS 2-Day
Delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territory in 2 business days. Place your order before 2:45 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday, and we will process your order and arrange for UPS to pick it up that same day. UPS will then deliver your order within 2 business days. If you place your order after the 2:45 p.m. deadline or on a non-business day, we will process it and ship it on the next business day. For instance, Sunday orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Wednesday.

UPS Overnight
Delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territory in 1 business day. Provided you place your order before 2:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on a business day, we will process your order and arrange for UPS to pick it up that same day. UPS will then deliver your order within 1 business day. If you place your order after the 2:45 p.m. deadline or on a non-business day, we will process it and ship it on the next business day. For instance, Sunday orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday.

UPS 2-Day and Overnight Exceptions
UPS does not pick up or deliver on US holidays which might delay your order. This will be noted when you checkout and in your online order status.

UPS only delivers to street addresses and not PO/APO/FPO addresses. We offer Postal Priority and Express solely for our customers with PO Boxes to help expedite delivery.

UPS requires a signature if your order includes an item priced $100 or higher and when you are reshipped an item or an order.

Standard Delivery
Delivered within 1-4 weeks. Postal service air orders are processed in our warehouse facilities within 2 business days.

Express Delivery
Delivered within 5-7 business days. Postal service express orders are processed and picked up for delivery as soon as possible.

Worldwide Saver Service
Delivered within 1-3 business days. Place your order before 2:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, we will process your order and arrange for pick up that same day.

Shipping Exceptions
International orders might be delayed while they clear customs. UPS, FedEx, and other carriers do not pick up or deliver on US holidays, which might delay your order. This will be noted when you checkout and in your online order status.

Shipping To Military Addresses

All U.S. military personnel are considered to reside in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed, for shipping purposes. Because of this standard, there are certain special guidelines you must follow to deliver an order to a military address.

• Address the package like normal with the recipient’s name and other information.
• Instead of city, select either APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office).
• Instead of state, select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe & Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
• Enter the zip code provided by the military.
• For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Because of military guidelines, we have to ship your order via the United States Postal Service.

Backordered Items & Shipping Policies

If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra. We cannot ship free or backordered items by express mail. This is noted in your Order Status online. If you choose an express delivery option and none of the items in your order was shipped via that method, then we will refund you the difference.

Adam & Eve requires a signature for all orders totaling more than $250. We might also require your signature if an item or order is reshipped.

Frequently Asked Shipping Questions

Can I track my order?
If you selected one of our express delivery options such as UPS 2-Day, then you can check its status on Where is My Order? page and track your order as it leaves our warehouse facilities makes its way to your door.

If you selected Standard Shipping, we’re sorry but the U.S. Postal Service does not offer tracking for this method. You can, however, learn when your order left our warehouse and check on the estimated delivery date on "Where is My Order?" page.

What kind of packaging does my order come in?
ShopAdamEve.com products are shipped in non-descript envelopes and boxes with only our address on the mailing label.

Why can’t I select Priority or Express Mail for shipping?
Priority and Express Mail are provided solely for orders to be delivered to a P.O. Box as a way to give those customers a faster option than standard delivery.

When will my order be shipped?
Express delivery options such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air and Priority Mail are shipped on the same day, if your order is received by 2:45 pm ET. Standard delivery orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. During checkout, our shipping options will indicate when you will receive your order.

Will UPS deliver my order on the weekend?
The UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day shipping options are for business days only. We do not offer UPS Saturday delivery. UPS also does not deliver on most holidays.

Do I need to sign for my order?
All orders over $250 automatically require a signature, regardless of delivery method. Adam & Eve might ask for a signature if you are reshipped an item or order. UPS requires signatures for items over $100 and when you reshipped an item or order.
